The Project Manager will be critical in ensuring high quality products and timely delivery on multiple projects, managing scope, milestones, budgets, and dependencies for mechanical, electrical, and controls initiatives while aligning with the JBS Greeley Beef vision, mission, and goals. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, completing job scopes for bidding and managing construction and installation of plant improvements. Ensure projects meet safety, OSHA, and regulatory standards and minimize disruption to production. Oversee the facility maintenance team along with project crews.

Requirements

Education: High School or equivalent, Construction Management Degree, at least 5 years of industrial maintenance or construction experience.

Metal fabrication and design experience is a plus.

Understanding of OSHA construction guidelines (machine guarding, safe work practices during construction, railing requirements, elevated work practices, hot work safe practices).

NFPA 70E guidelines for safe electrical work practices, egress, emergency lighting, PPE.

Availability for off‑shift work, weekends, and possible long hours, exceeding 12 or more hours.

Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Microsoft Project, SAP, SharePoint.

AutoCAD experience is a plus.

Financial management of multi‑million‑dollar projects, tracking payments and purchase orders across multiple projects.

Excellent written and oral communication with plant management, corporate team, and vendors.

Demonstrated experience managing multiple large‑scale projects simultaneously.

Strong team‑building, stakeholder engagement, mentoring, and organizational skills.

Risk, issue, and long‑term planning and scheduling expertise.

Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Analytical/critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Project and performance reporting, process improvement, and change management experience.

Budgeting, time management, and resource management skills.

Facilitation of meetings with clear objectives and follow‑up.

Ability to work efficiently individually or in a team.

Ability to learn new tools and technologies.

This position reports to the Plant Engineer and works with the Corporate Team, Plant Manager, Plant Operations Manager, Controller, maintenance departments, and purchasing. Requires high attention to detail.

Salary range: $92,917 – $125,438
