Job Title Technical Business Manager
Location Hybrid in Charlotte, NC
Pay Range Competitive – Potential "contract to hire" opportunity with a grown IT group
What's the Job?
Support executive leadership in daily operations and strategic planning of the technology function.
Prepare, track, and manage strategic initiatives, OKRs, and departmental goals.
Build and maintain high‑quality dashboards, business updates, and decision‑support decks for senior stakeholders.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning in partnership with Finance and HR.
Oversee key technology programs and projects, ensuring milestones and risks are tracked and reported effectively.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in a technical business management, COO office, or business analyst role within a technology or financial organization.
Proven experience managing cross‑functional teams and operating in fast‑paced environments.
Deep expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data visualization skills.
Familiarity with Agile/DevOps environments, technology governance, and strategic project management.
