About the job Law Enforcement Information Analyst
Responsibilities: Provide information systems technology program support through use, development, training, and management of law enforcement information data. Provide LE subject matter experts in support for all LE Branch law enforcement information systems. This includes all current law enforcement information systems and future systems. Provide LE subject matter experts in support of data analysis of Incident Reports and Investigations to ensure offenders are properly titled, Fingerprints/DNA are properly annotated, and submissions have been made into the proper LE databases after approving report. Provide a monthly report of issues identified during analysis. Qualifications: DoD Training and certification as Law Enforcement database administrator 6 years experience (or more) as a Law Enforcement database user and/or administrator. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelors Degree in any field Experience pulling data from a LE database and identifying trends or problems Working knowledge of the Marine Corps CLEOC or DOD LE systems Working knowledge of NCIC and NICs Proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe
