Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Family Law Associate Attorney located in Denton, TX. The selected candidate will handle various day-to-day tasks associated with family law cases, including drafting motions, conducting depositions, and addressing a wide range of legal issues. Responsibilities will also include representing clients in court proceedings, providing legal advice, and collaborating with other legal team members.
Qualifications Strong background and understanding of Family Law
Experience handling various Legal Issues related to family law
Proficiency and experience in drafting Motions
Conducting and managing Depositions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Member in good standing of the Texas Bar
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
