EDI Analyst – SAP Optimization Manufacturing Project
Location:
Manufacturing facilities and corporate IT environments (onsite and hybrid depending on site)
Project Overview This role supports a long-term SAP Optimization Manufacturing Project focused on stabilizing and improving SAP usage across manufacturing operations. The program includes finance, supply chain, security, and system integrations supporting plant operations and suppliers.
Role Summary The EDI Analyst supports SAP-integrated EDI connections with manufacturing suppliers. This role is responsible for maintaining stable EDI operations, onboarding suppliers, managing pricing and part number changes, and supporting ongoing optimization and operational stability across plants.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, support, and maintain SAP-integrated EDI connections
Support supplier onboarding, connectivity testing, and go-live activities
Manage EDI transactions including purchase orders, ASN, invoices, and pricing updates
Maintain EDI mappings related to part numbers, pricing, and master data
Monitor EDI message flows and resolve transmission or processing failures
Troubleshoot EDI and SAP integration issues in production environments
Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and IT teams on EDI changes
Support continuous improvement and stabilization initiatives
Document EDI configurations, mappings, and support procedures
Required Qualifications
Hands on EDI configuration and support experience
Experience supporting SAP-integrated EDI environments
Understanding of manufacturing or supply chain processes
Experience working directly with suppliers or EDI trading partners
Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills
Preferred Qualifications
Manufacturing or automotive industry experience
Experience with EDI standards such as ANSI X12 or EDIFACT
Exposure to SAP IDocs or integration middleware
Experience supporting high-volume, plant-level EDI operations
