We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical P&L Review Analyst to oversee the review and analysis of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements. This role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various departments.

Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct thorough reviews of P&L statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Analyze financial performance trends, variances, and key drivers impacting profitability.
Work closely with finance, operations, and accounting teams to investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes by utilizing P&L trends and historical data.
Develop reports and dashboards to track financial performance and key metrics.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
Participate in month-end and quarter-end financial close processes.
Assist in special projects, financial modeling, and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and ERP/accounting systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data.
