Job Title: Quality Lab Associate
Location: Round Lake, IL
Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Quality Lab Associate to join their team. As a Quality Lab Associate, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the manufacturing and testing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
What's the Job?
Conduct biological, chemical, and physical analyses on pharmaceutical products and medical devices throughout all manufacturing stages.
Perform environmental monitoring and sample testing to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Review test data, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure data integrity in laboratory systems.
Serve as a mentor and provide training to Laboratory Associates, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Participate in audits, equipment calibration, and SOP updates to support continuous improvement initiatives.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or related field with 2-5 years of laboratory experience, or Master’s Degree with 0-3 years of experience.
Proficiency in wet and instrumental analysis methods and familiarity with laboratory instrumentation.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and supervisors.
Knowledge of regulatory standards such as FDA, GLP, QSR, and cGMP.
