Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data center industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Data Center Operations supporting deployment and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Project Manager Location: Leesburg, VA Pay Range:
$59 - $64/hr on W2 Duration: until 3/31/2026 (possibility of extension)
What's the Job?
Manage hardware and network equipment deployment projects in data center environments
Create and oversee comprehensive project plans to ensure timely delivery of datacenter equipment deployments
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to execute project tasks effectively
Monitor project progress, perform regular check-ins, and update stakeholders on project status and quality
Identify potential risks, gaps, and opportunities, communicating effectively to drive resolutions and minimize impact
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of industry experience, or 2+ years of relevant industry experience
Ability to manage end-to-end project plans and coordinate multiple stakeholders
Experience working in data center or hardware deployment environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Availability to work onsite five days a week during core business hours
