Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment company, is looking for a Staff Product Manager to join their team in Glendale, CA.
Position Summary: This role involves managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for data products, including discovery, requirements, roadmap definition, prioritization, and delivery. This position offers the opportunity to lead the design and implementation of reporting, dashboards, and analytics products for Studio Technology, working closely with internal studio tech stakeholders.

7+ years of product management or product ownership experience

Strong understanding of data engineering and analytics workflows, including data ingestion, modeling, and visualization
Executive-level presence and polished communication skills for interactions with VPs
Comfortable writing user stories, creating test plans, and validating datasets
Experience working in Agile environments with Jira or similar tools

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for data products, from discovery and requirements gathering to roadmap definition and delivery
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable product requirements
Collaborate with data engineers to guide the ingestion, transformation, and modeling of complex datasets
Lead the design and implementation of reporting, dashboards, and analytics products serving Studio Technology
Conduct stakeholder demos, roadmap reviews, and backlog grooming in alignment with agile ceremonies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both technical teams and stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment and value delivery
