About this opportunity
Our Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, and Plastic Surgery facility in Chanhassen is seeking International Shipping Coordinators to handle international shipping, export documentation, and select domestic orders, while supporting inventory, production, and general warehouse operations. What you’ll be doing
Pick, pack, and ship international orders via courier or freight forwarder Support domestic order fulfillment as needed Coordinate with production to ensure product availability Communicate order status and needs with the International Sales Team Track and report international backorders to Sales and Production Perform finished goods inventory and assist with related tasks Complete other assigned duties What makes you a great fit
High school diploma or GED 1-2 years of shipping or fulfillment experience Knowledge of shipping methods (courier vs. freight); international experience a plus Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong multitasking, accuracy, and decision-making skills Able to lift up to 60 lbs Why work with our client
