Customer Service / Sales Representative
to support both our existing clients and our efforts to expand into new accounts. This position blends client service with proactive sales outreach and requires a polished communicator who is comfortable building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping grow our customer base within the

industry.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate support.
Prepare and manage quotes, sales orders, and job tickets with exceptional accuracy.
Identify, research, and actively pursue prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, networking, and follow‑ups.
Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities and convert leads into active customers.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure project details are clearly communicated and deadlines are met.
Provide product recommendations and assist customers in selecting appropriate materials and printing solutions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress toward goals.
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Comfortable with proactive outreach and pursuing new customer opportunities.
Professional demeanor with a customer‑first and sales‑focused mindset.
Proficiency with computers and standard office software; is a must.
Experience in printing, signage, or related industries preferred but not required.
