Job Overview This full‑time position is scheduled Monday–Thursday 6:30 AM‑4:30 PM, Friday 6:30 AM‑2:00 PM, with occasional on‑call for deliveries, early mornings, evenings, or off‑hours.
Responsibilities • Lead the warehouse team, train staff, approve timecards, and coordinate daily operations. • Work with the Project Coordinator and General Superintendent to schedule material deliveries and keep projects on track. • Review purchase orders, confirm shipping details with vendors, update manufacturer price books, and resolve issues including damaged goods and claims. • Plan delivery routes, track shipments, ensure order accuracy, and coordinate invoices with accounts payable. • Solve problems, organize workflows, and keep the business running smoothly.
Qualifications Warehouse experience Purchasing experience Management experience
