Physical Therapist- Sports Medicine

Location:

20851 East Rittenhouse Road, E103 Queen Creek, AZ 85142

Incentives:

Up to $15,000 Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment Program

Schedule:

Full Time, Monday - Friday

Compensation:

Starting at $80,000, commensurate with experience PLUS Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program

We are a sports‑minded clinic that works with an active and athletic population and provides support to the local high school athletic programs. Opportunity to work in a team environment with 5 physical therapists, a physical therapist assistant and a certified hand therapist. We are looking for an individual that is willing to grow with the company and help enhance our already growing clinic with specialty programming in sports medicine and orthopedics. Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations

Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients

Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third‑party payors

Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school

Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice

CPR certification
