At Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services, we promote a challenging but rewarding opportunity in a caring environment. We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist.
Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In‑house therapy with local management support.
Requirements
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
Certificate / License: Must be licensed in the state where you will be working.
Experience: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
