Required:

Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited program

Active Ohio license (LPC, LSW, LPCC, LPCC‑S, LISW, LISW‑S, LMFT)

Experience providing direct clinical services, including diagnosis, treatment planning, therapy, and documentation

Strong communication skills and professional boundaries

Timely documentation and familiarity with EHR systems

Ability to work with a diverse client base and pass a background check

A great sense of humor!

Key Duties:

Provide diagnostic assessments and therapy

Develop and review treatment plans

Complete timely documentation

Use evidence‑based interventions

Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers

Attend team meetings and trainings

Support Ellie’s mission to fill gaps in mental health services

Bonus:

Supervision designation (additional pay!)

Training in CBT, DBT, EMDR

Bilingual skills
