Position Highlights:

Part-time position with 8-23 patient care hours per week

Mix of acute, chronic, and preventive care visits (not a panel-based role)

Combination of in-office care and occasional telehealth

Reduced patient volume with a strong focus on quality and patient experience

Above market hourly rate with potential for additional compensation based on experience and schedule
