Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Susanville, CA
Health Advocates Network, an STI-supported partnership, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide mental health services at a facility in Susanville, California. This position is a registry placement and will be paid as a 1099 contractor.
Pay Rate:
$100 per hour

Job Duties:
Serve as clinician-of-the-day, available for on‑call during scheduled workdays for patient emergencies.
Conduct initial mental‑health evaluations to assess patient needs and make treatment recommendations.
Perform clinically sound risk evaluations, including review of pertinent data/chart reviews and appropriate documentation and consultations.
Meet with patients for crisis intervention, group psychotherapy, and face‑to‑face interviews.
Identify signs and symptoms of psychiatric disorders to assess, diagnose, and manage presenting symptoms.
Write clinical reports regarding diagnoses and prognoses and develop treatment plans that reflect the standard of practice.
Other duties may be assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience as an LCSW within the last 36 months.
Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in California.
Valid CPR card issued by the American Heart Association.
