We are a high-paced, high-energy 36-bed Orthopedic Unit, specializing in the care of spinal surgery patients, along with medical patients. We have an exceptional unit highlighted by teamwork and dedication. We are a growing team working towards becoming a Center of Excellence and Joint Commission Certified Spine Program. 5:1 Patient to Nurse Ratio 1 of 2 Inpatient Units Dedicated to post operative spine patients Advanced Certification and Education Oriented Unit Dedicated Spine Specialization Program Personalized Orientation Process focusing on competent care of the postoperative spine. Position Details
Experienced Nurse Sign on Bonus up to $15,000 for select departments Graduate Nurse Sign on Bonus $10,000 Stay Premium Program Education Assistance
Up to $20,000 Loan Forgiveness for new grad nurses Tuition Reimbursement $2,000 per year

Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. Physical requirements/demands: Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift. Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties Certifications:
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) BLS (Basic Life Support) or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire Other unit specific certifications as required or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe.
