Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking LPNs or Licensed Practical Nurses for our Senior Care Communities in the Omaha metro area.
Pay:
$31.50-$38.25 per hour. Additional certifications or education may qualify for a higher wage.
Schedule:
Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN options available. Shifts include 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am.

Responsibilities
Implement quality nursing and clinical measures to maintain or increase elders’ physical and mental wellbeing
Know and apply the skin care policy and ensure preventative measures are used to maintain skin integrity of all elders
Monitor residents for changes in condition and coordinate care with physicians
Review each resident’s care plan, make appropriate changes as conditions evolve, and complete new admission care plans in a timely manner
Complete prescribed treatments and ensure medication is administered on time, in private, and per facility procedure
Qualifications
STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful)
An active RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska (or a compact state)
Focus on resident care and a team‑player attitude
