Job Description The Director of Client Accounts will lead the strategic direction and growth of key client relationships for a prominent business and technology services organization. This high-level role is centered on building long-term partnerships with clients, driving revenue, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position involves working directly with senior client stakeholders and managing a portfolio of significant accounts. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to manage and grow client accounts. Ensure alignment of client account plans with the broader business goals. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with C-suite and senior-level client executives. Lead client engagements, including presentations and negotiations, to secure new business. Drive revenue by identifying and executing on growth opportunities within accounts. Maximize opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings. Oversee and mentor a team of senior account managers to achieve business objectives. Align the team's activities with company-wide strategic initiatives. Monitor account health through performance metrics and develop action plans for improvement. Provide regular updates on account statuses and revenue forecasts to executive leadership. MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is required. Advanced degrees such as an MBA or a master's/PhD in a relevant field are preferred. EXPERIENCE 10+ years in client management, sales leadership, or business development, with a track record of driving revenue. Proven success managing high-value, complex client accounts and consistently meeting revenue goals. Experience within the business consulting or technology services sectors is ideal. SKILL REQUIREMENTS Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to define a clear vision and inspire teams to meet goals. Influencing Skills: Strong ability to influence client decisions and internal stakeholders. Cross-functional Collaboration: Effective at working with various teams to drive client success.
