Senior Analyst, FP&A – Perfect Snacks
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Senior Analyst with a passion for driving impactful financial insights within the FP&A team. The role focuses on supporting our Supply Chain and Sales functions and requires a strong foundation in finance, accounting, and advanced analytics. Responsibilities
Lead cross‑functional finance initiatives for Supply Chain and Sales, emphasizing costing, PPV, BOM, and trade analysis within a matrix organization. Participate in month‑end close, reporting, and analysis, applying sound financial and accounting concepts. Own the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes for assigned functional units; develop and maintain templates. Create and maintain routine and ad‑hoc reports that provide visibility into financial results, trends, and variances; prepare material for senior leadership reviews. Build and maintain moderate to complex financial models to evaluate the impact of existing and proposed initiatives. Collaborate with functional units to provide analytical and business support, preparing reports and analyses related to financial objectives. Drive continuous process improvements and best practices, automating reports and utilizing financial systems to enhance efficiency. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or Business. 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or analytics. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present analysis and influence stakeholders. Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and self‑starter skills; able to work independently and under pressure. Strategic thinking with proactive relationship‑building abilities. Time‑management and organizational skills; capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines. Experience constructing and analyzing financial models; ability to identify, analyze, and report on business trends. Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP systems. Basic knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX regulations. CPG experience preferred. Salary and Benefits
Base salary range: $83,800 – $115,225 (dependent on experience, skills, education, location). Eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with overachievement potential based on performance and company results. Benefits include health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave, educational programs, holiday and vacation time. Some benefits have eligibility requirements; many are subsidized or fully paid by the company. No relocation support available. Location
