Responsibilities

Serve Spanish-speaking clients, with a focus on Mexico-based and Mexico City-connected buyers and sellers

Build and manage referral relationships with partners in CDMX (agents, attorneys, CPAs, family offices, relocation contacts)

Guide clients through the San Diego buying/selling process with clear communication and proactive updates

Support cross-border considerations (timelines, documentation coordination, communication across time zones)

Qualifications

Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with diverse clients

Experience in real estate sales, particularly with cross-border transactions

Ability to build and maintain strong referral networks with partners in Mexico City

Proven track record of guiding clients through the buying and selling process with clarity and confidence

Strong understanding of San Diego's real estate market and its unique opportunities

Ability to coordinate documentation and timelines across different time zones

Excellent interpersonal skills to foster trust and long-term relationships with clients and partners

Compensation $100,000 - $200,000 yearly
