Senior Finance Process Analyst , you’ll lead process improvements across R2R, P2P, O2C, and product costing‑helping us build a more efficient finance operation. Your primary responsibility will be to streamline current financial processes and design scalable solutions that will support business growth.
What You’ll Do
Own and optimize core finance processes (Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), product costing)
Identify inefficiencies in the core financial processes and lead workshops to reimagine workflows
Support finance teams with reporting accuracy and system troubleshooting
Implement automation tools that reduce manual effort and improve compliance
Drive adoption of new tools through training and documentation
Ensure alignment with SOX, audit, and internal controls
Finance Process Optimization & Analysis
Lead redesign of core finance processes: Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project Management, and product costing
Identify bottlenecks, manual workarounds, and opportunities for simplification and automation
Facilitate workshops with finance stakeholders to align on process improvements and business outcomes
Reporting Integrity & Systems Enablement
Troubleshoot system issues and support finance users with training and documentation
Partner with finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across dashboards and close processes
Collaborate with IT, finance owns the process, performance, and outcomes
Finance Automation & Tool Adoption
Evaluate and implement automation tools that reduce manual effort and improve compliance
Maintain dashboards and trackers that support audit readiness, close efficiency, and operational KPIs
Support pilots and rollouts of finance‑owned technologies (e.g., FloQast, Workiva, Planful)
Translate finance needs into scalable process solutions‑no coding required
Lead cross‑functional initiatives with procurement, accounting, and shared services
Drive adoption through clear documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement
Ensure processes align with SOX, audit, and internal control requirements
Maintain process documentation and training materials for global finance teams
Monitor performance of existing automations and recommend enhancements
What You Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field
5‑10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business process analysis
Proven experience in operations finance, supporting process improvements and business growth
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud, Global Shop Solutions)
Familiarity with finance tools (FloQast, Workiva, Planful)
Hands‑on experience with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Costing, and General Ledger (GL)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
CPA or similar credential
Are a finance professional who loves improving how work gets done
Understand the importance of compliance, accuracy, and scalability
Enjoy leading workshops and translating ideas into action
Thrive in cross‑functional environments and bring clarity to complexity
Experience in Finance and progression of finance roles
Are willing and able to travel as needed to support business initiatives and collaborate with teams.
