Personal Lines Account Manager (AM)

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will play a vital role in helping clients protect what matters most.
Experience and Skills What You'll Do
Manage client accounts, identifying coverage gaps and recommending solutions
Support Producers with new/renewal business, proposals, quotes, and policy accuracy
Handle service requests (certificates, endorsements, audits, cancellations) promptly
Deliver exceptional client service with a fast, professional response
Handle first report of claims by gathering information from client and reporting to the agency's dedicated claim team, while following up to confirm a successful resolution of the claim.
What We're Looking For
Property & Casualty license and 4+ years of personal lines insurance service experience- focus on high net worth clients preferred.
Strong knowledge of insurance products, markets, and underwriting
Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills
Professional designations (CIC, CPCU, CRM, CISR, ARM) preferred
Strong work ethic and critical thinking
Applied Epic experience preferred but not a deal breaker
