About the Role

Provide expert product selection assistance and design services to showroom customers both in the showroom and at the customer’s location. Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction in order to meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals and increase profit sharing. Provide hospitality and warmly welcome each customer. Sell and provide in‑store and/or in‑home design consultations for kitchen and bathrooms. Articulate the showroom value proposition to capture customer attention, engage them, teach them, and demonstrate the value you provide. Determine customer needs, direct them to the best products, discover potential hurdles, and keep the sale moving forward. Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships, creating referrals and repeat business. Develop and maintain knowledge of product lines and features. Leverage Hajoca technology to guide product selections, review product specifications, pricing, and availability. Use sales reports and forecasting tools to meet or exceed established sales targets. Follow up on leads and generate new business. Enter sales orders and bids, expedite purchases, stay engaged with customers from the beginning to the end of projects. Process showroom sale returns and refund paperwork in accordance with company policy and procedure. Keep showroom clean, neat, current, stocked, and safely displayed. Join industry associations and attend professional events to stay informed about design trends, new products, and to build business relationships. Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned. Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by supervisor or management. About You

2+ years of experience in plumbing design and sales. Knowledge of products sold in the showroom preferred. Experience working with luxury, high‑end products and customers. Ideal Candidate Qualities

Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends. Experience with architectural blueprints and a strong sense of aesthetics. Effective use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) for email communication, customer contact files, appointment calendars, and reports. Outstanding customer service and verbal/telephone communication skills. Deep product knowledge related to kitchen/bath trends for answering customer questions and identifying upsell or cross‑sell opportunities. Ability to overcome objections by understanding customer needs, providing targeted solutions, and closing the sale. Ability to build influential relationships and trust with key vendor partners. Ability to foster positive working relationships and inspire teamwork with co‑workers. Planning, organization, and multitasking skills. Ability to learn and operate computer systems used to process orders. English reading, writing, speaking, and understanding. Basic arithmetic skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide with whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals). The Benefits of Working with Us
