Role Description This is a full‑time remote role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting real properties to meet their needs. Day‑to‑day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, performing property market analysis, coordinating property showings, and developing effective strategies to close sales. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding market trends and providing superior customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License in applicable state(s) and knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
Proficiency in real estate sales and understanding of real property market dynamics
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
Strong sales skills and experience in negotiating and closing transactions
Effective communication skills and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Familiarity with digital tools and technology platforms used in the real estate field is a plus
