Job Description An Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring business goals are met efficiently. This role blends leadership, administrative duties, and customer service to maintain smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For
Prior leadership experience preferred
Assisting with basic operations procedures
Experience in employee development
Ability to demonstrate team‑member and food safety protocols
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology
Responsibilities
Manage store operations and drive results
Build an effective team
Provide best‑in‑class customer service
Maintain food safety and team‑member safety
Operate and troubleshoot technology
Qualifications
Prior experience in a management role or similar experience preferred
Prior experience in customer service or applicable role
Demonstrated ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from team
Ability to problem‑solve and resolve customer concerns and/or complaints
Proved ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Excellent verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
