Job Summary Work in a deadline‑driven environment where tasks must be completed timely with high quality and reliability. Process and review transactions within established service level standards; failure to complete transactions timely and accurately could result in a financial impact to the organization and/or the client.

What you’ll do

Process and/or review routine and complex data‑entry transactions while communicating directly with clients, brokers, or relationship managers within established productivity and quality standards.

Research, follow up and resolve stakeholder inquiries and deficient transactions presented for processing.

Review and ensure that required legal documentation and/or client authorization has been obtained prior to processing.

Research and resolve any out‑of‑balance conditions with the Reconciliation Team.

Daily review of information pertaining to processing feedback and procedural updates.

Work overtime and assist other functions or departments during peak volumes to meet client service level agreements.

What we’re looking for

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Basic understanding of SEC regulations pertaining to Transfer Agency Services is preferred.

Attention to detail and strong reading comprehension skills.

Good data‑entry skills and the ability to type an average of 45 words per minute.

Previous hands‑on experience in a metrics‑driven environment with established productivity and quality standards.

Keen organizational skills and the ability to multi‑task.

Willingness to adhere to compliance‑related class testing and certification as required.
