AR Financial Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:
Process, reconcile, and report daily payments, including checks, wires, and scholarships
Investigate and correct payment issues across multiple departments
Handle incoming mail, distribute payments, and maintain financial compliance records
What You Need to Bring:
2 – 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or financial operations
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality with sensitive information
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in higher education or non-profit financial operations
Knowledge of Banner system or similar financial platforms
Strong Excel skills for payment tracking and reconciliation
