2027 - Asset & Wealth Management - Global Private Bank Advisor Program (Summer Analyst) – LatAm
We are looking for ambitious students passionate about client relationships and financial solutions to join our Analyst Program in Latin America. The program spans nine weeks, includes induction and training, and offers full‑time or returning internship offers to top performers.
Program Overview The Analyst Program is part of our Global Private Bank – Latin America team, covering investments, lending, banking, trust and estate planning. You will:
Work across teams to understand client goals and deliver solutions tailored to their needs.
Collaborate with bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists.
Participate in research, analysis, product development and client response as part of our Solutions Team.
Grow through one‑on‑one mentorship, learning sessions and ongoing events.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with various teams to understand client needs and craft strategies that help clients meet their financial goals.
Engage with a team of bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists to learn about our business and clients while building expertise.
Work with teams such as market strategy, equity, and alternative investments to conduct research and analysis, develop products, and respond to client needs.
Participate in mentorship and learning events to grow professionally.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree (non‑MBA).
Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
Strong cultural knowledge and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
Highly driven and collaborative, able to develop complex solutions.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Genuine interest in financial markets and macro‑economic trends.
Desire to work with external clients in a relationship‑building and sales capacity.
Thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Highly inquisitive, focused, pro‑active, with good judgment and discretion about confidential information.
Eligibility & Participation Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Limited sponsorship is available for those enrolled in STEM degree programs heavily indexed in finance.
