Key Responsibilities
Lead tax planning, preparation, and compliance for a diverse portfolio of individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships with professionalism, responsiveness, and strategic insight
Conduct complex tax research and provide well-supported advisory guidance
Review and mentor junior staff on tax returns and technical matters
Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements (preferred but not required)
Gradually assume greater leadership responsibilities as senior partners scale back involvement
Contribute to the firm's long-term strategic planning and growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
Active CPA license
(Oregon or ability to obtain Oregon licensure)
6–9 years of progressive experience
in taxation, with strong exposure to individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns
Proven ability to manage client relationships independently and with confidence
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—this role requires direct client interaction and relationship management
Ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team environment
Commitment to working in-office full-time
Professional demeanor with a client-first approach
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with financial statement preparation and review
Background in tax research and complex tax advisory matters

$170,000 – $180,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
