Full-Time Senior Accountant
to join our outstanding team in our corporate office in Paoli, PA. We are seeking a hands‑on, detailed oriented Sr. Accountant to join our growing accounting team. This role, reporting to the Controller and performing general accounting and analytical functions including but not limited to, journal entry review, journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analyses, and ad hoc projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem‑solver who has a strong GL and technical accounting background and can thrive in a deadline‑driven environment. Responsible for month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP Assist with assigned month‑end close tasks - manage accruals and prepaid expenses, conduct thorough P&L review and GL coding Responsible for assigned account reconciliation process, ensuring all accounts are reconciled accurately and on time Review work performed by staff accountant and provide training as needed Work closely with Controller and coordinate with the appropriate departments to ensure timely deliverables for the month‑end close Assist with external audits, ensuring all documentation and processes are in order Prepare and prepare lease accounting ASC 842 monthly entry and reconciliation Act as a key stakeholder in the upcoming transition to a new ERP system assisting with data migration and process design Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA certification is strongly preferred 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, and regulations Demonstrated experience in process improvement and a strong interest in leveraging technology to enhance financial operations Prior experience with ERP system implementation or migration is a plus Proficiency with accounting software; Great Plains, Sage Intacct or similar system experience is a plus Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving Collage Rehabilitation Partners is an equal employment opportunity employer Monday-Friday 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
