Prior leadership experience preferred
Assisted with basic operations procedures
Experience in employee development
Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology
Responsibilities
Manage store operations and drive results

Maintain food safety and team member safety
Operate and troubleshoot technology
Qualifications
Prior experience in a management role or similar experience preferred
Prior experience in a customer service or applicable role
Demonstrated ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from team
Ability to problem-solve and resolve customer concerns and/or complaints
Proven ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator allowed)
Excellent verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders; motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid accurate movement
