What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written and spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Intuit provides a competitive compensation package. Base pay ranges are: Bay Area California $28.80 – $36.50; Southern California $28.80 – $36.50; Colorado $27.50 – $34.80; Hawaii $28.80 – $36.50; Illinois $27.50 – $34.80; Maryland $27.50 – $34.80; Massachusetts $28.80 – $36.50; Minnesota $24.80 – $30.30; New Jersey $28.80 – $36.50; New York $28.80 – $36.50; Ohio $24.80 – $30.30; Vermont $27.50 – $34.80; Washington $28.80 – $36.50; Washington DC $28.80 – $36.50. The position is eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits per Intuit plans. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
