Infusion Registered Nurse (4 month Limited-Term Leave Coverage with $5,000 Completion Bonus)
Part time – Broomall, PA
Overview VIVO Infusion is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infusion Registered Nurse to provide safe, effective and compassionate patient care in accordance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and clinical guidelines. The RN will administer infusion treatments, calculate and mix prescription medications, and perform accurate IV insertions.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a knowledgeable, skillful, and attentive manner as related to scope of practice.
Calculate, mix, and administer prescription medications daily.
Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion treatment.
Assist with managing inventory and supply ordering.
Document and report patient assessments to medical staff and healthcare team continuously.
Perform accurate IV insertion.
Assist in implementation of CQI improvement activities.
Perform admission and ongoing assessments on patients. Complete daily run/flow sheet review on treatments as assigned.
Qualifications
Current and valid state professional nurse licensure, required.
Graduate of accredited Nursing Associates/Bachelor’s degree program, required.
Current CPR/BLS certification, required.
Minimum of 1 year IV experience, required.
Infusion, ICU, or Emergency Department experience, preferred.
Certification in specialty/CRNI (Certified RN Infusion), preferred.
Additional Qualifications
Demonstrated record of commitment to safety and excellence.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Accurate dose calculations and independent medication mix on a regular daily basis.
Ability to read and interpret safety and procedural documents.
Employment Type, Schedule, FLSA Status
Limited-Term assignment (4 months), part time 24 hours per week; potential transition to Per Diem RN if performance meets standards.
Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday – 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: $40.00 – $45.00 / hr.
Completion Bonus of $5,000 upon 4‑month completion and meeting full role standards.
401K with match up to 4%.
Location 1974 Sproul Rd. Suite 220, Broomall, PA 19008.
Reports To Clinical Operations Manager.
