Grocery Outlet Inc. is seeking experienced grocery and retail managers to independently run a Grocery Outlet location.
Grocery Outlet partners with local retail leaders who wish to operate their own location and share in profits.
Operating a Grocery Outlet Requires
Strong decision making (ordering, merchandising, staffing, etc.)
Responsibility for total store operations including complete P&L management
Creating staffing models, hiring, training, and retaining employees
Utilizing an existing distribution channel to customize product offering for community
Local organization partnerships to make a difference
Strong drive and motivation
Being an ambassador for Grocery Outlet
Qualifications
4 years of retail management experience
Experience overseeing a large team, including hiring and training
Detail oriented, analytical, quick thinker, and results oriented
Creative problem‑solver
Experience with merchandising displays
Interest in autonomy and making your own decisions
Open to relocation
