Practice Focus: Accenture is focused on assisting our Health and Public Service clients in two primary offerings: 1) to modernize their EHR 2) Oracle Health EHR Support and Optimization. We are searching for talented and experienced people with Oracle Health (fka Cerner) Technical experience and skills. Specifically, we are searching for Oracle Health EHR Solution Consultants and Architects to join us and to assist in Oracle Health EHR implementations, development of assets and accelerators, development of a skilled and high performing team, and solve our clients’ toughest challenges related to supporting and optimizing their Oracle Health EHR.
You Are: An experienced Oracle Health Delivery Consultant, Solution Architect, or Integration Architect with proven skills in one or more of the following Oracle Health solutions: Oracle Health Patient Accounting (fka Soarian Financials/ RevElate), Registration, Scheduling, HIM, Charge Services, Core/Security, Ambulatory, Inpatient Behavioral Health, Clinical Reporting, Quality Reporting, Lab, Pharmacy, Medication Administration, POC Specimen Collection, or Supply Chain.
Core Responsibilities
Provide oversight over the solution design, configuration and validation of a group of solutions (Revenue Cycle, Clinical, or Ancillary) in an implementation or application support role for Oracle Health Solution(s)
Work with delivery leads to ensure alignment with Oracle Health and Accenture Delivery Methods for Oracle Health implementations
Demonstrate functional expertise by addressing customers’ operational and/or technical challenges through cohesive technical solutions and teams
Proactively manage client and Accenture risks and performance improvement initiatives
Assist in developing System Integration and Technology Consulting Solution Plan, including solution, scope, estimates, contingency, costs, schedule, delivery model, resource/sourcing plan, assumptions, and risks
Work with Solution Consultants and Accenture Delivery Teams to develop assets and accelerators to assist clients with Oracle Health implementations, migrations, optimizations, and/or other related developments
Other duties as assigned. This work may include implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support.
This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Nashville, TN or Atlanta, GA.
Here is what you need:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Healthcare IT as a Delivery Consultant, Solution Architect, and/or Integration Architect with experience delivering at least one full life cycle Oracle Health implementation
Solution architect experience (business architecture, process architecture, integration architecture, user experience, process improvement) in the implementation and configuration of Oracle Health solutions including two or more of the following: Oracle Health Patient Accounting (fka Soarian Financials/ RevElate), Registration, Scheduling, HIM, Charge Services, Core/Security, Lab, Pharmacy, Medication Administration, POC Specimen Collection, or Supply Chain.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an associate degree must have 6 years of work experience)
Bonus points:
Service delivery experience with U.S. Federal, State, or Local governmental agencies preferred
Operational experience within a health system or public health department relevant to their area of solution expertise preferred
Consulting or systems integrator experience preferred
Understanding of Oracle Health EHR implementation methodologies and tools
