Role Description This is a part-time on-site role based in Monroe, MI for a Speech Language Pathologist. Responsibilities include conducting assessments to evaluate clients’ speech, language, and swallowing abilities, creating and implementing personalized treatment plans, engaging in therapy sessions to address communication and language disorders, maintaining detailed client records, and collaborating with caregivers and other professionals to optimize client progress and outcomes.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques and experience in assessing and treating Speech and Dysphagia concerns.
Knowledge of and expertise in addressing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid licensure/certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations with a variety of communication and swallowing disorders.
Compassion, patience, and attention to detail in providing high-quality care.
Prior experience in healthcare or therapy settings is a plus.
