Our client, industry-leading in data center infrastructure, is seeking a Data Center Construction Manager to join their team. As a Data Center Construction Manager, you will be part of the construction and project management department supporting onsite operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Assist project teams in managing Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and change orders to ensure smooth project flow.
Maintain accurate logs for RFIs, permits, and submittals using approved project management systems.
Support the development and upkeep of construction schedules, including commissioning milestones.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes to facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
Enforce site security protocols, coordinate with security vendors, and ensure compliance with security requirements.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction management or field coordination, preferably in mission‑critical or data center projects.
Familiarity with Division 01 specifications, QA/QC processes, commissioning protocols, and digital project management tools.
Proficiency in ACMS and web‑based project management platforms such as Procore.
Working knowledge of BIM coordination and digital document control systems.
Certifications such as OSHA 30‑hour Construction Safety or equivalent; PMP or CM certification is preferred.
