Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and resistance management. Review and evaluate change requests. Collaborate on time impact analyses for change requests and approvals. Ensure contractual obligations are met throughout the change process. Aide in preparation of detailed change orders, detailing the change, associated costs, revised schedule, and necessary approvals. Maintain change control records, ensuring all submittals, modifications, etc. are tracked and recorded accurately through the project lifecycle. Support change management plans and strategies to aid in the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies. Partner with project teams and project controls to ensure change management considerations are integrated into project plans and activities. Qualifications and Experience
2+ years of technical documentation evaluation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to critically evaluate technical documents' functional specifications to ensure they meet required standards. Strong attention to detail. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
