Our client, a leader in the interactive entertainment industry, is seeking a Test Associate to join their team. As a Test Associate, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the AI and machine learning systems. All of the work that is being done is to improve AR/VR experiences. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Execute comprehensive testing for assigned features and areas, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
Create, update, and maintain detailed test cases and related documentation to ensure ongoing test coverage.
Log clear, reproducible bugs, verify fixes, and ensure adherence to bug reporting standards.
Collaborate effectively with developers and QA leads to clarify requirements and improve testing coverage.
Identify process or testing gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong attention to detail and critical-thinking skills.
Experience with basic PC usage and troubleshooting.
Proficiency with MS Office or equivalent productivity tools.
Interest in interactive technology, software, or gaming industries.
