Position Overview: We're seeking experienced Flooring Installers with expertise in tile and carpet to join our team for residential projects. If you're passionate about craftsmanship and delivering high-quality flooring solutions, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Install tile and carpet flooring in residential homes to high standards
Measure and cut flooring materials to fit spaces
Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow safety protocols and use necessary protective gear
Requirements:
Experience:
3+ years in tile and carpet installation
Vehicle:
Must have a vehicle suitable for transporting materials and tools
Tools:
Must own all necessary tools for flooring installation, including safety gear
Crew Size:
Ability to work in a team of 2-3 crews (1 Lead + 1-6 installers)
Location Preferences:
Priority given to candidates based in Atlanta, GA
Background Check:
All candidates will undergo a background check
Interview:
On-site interview with installation managers required.
