Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor located in Salt Lake City, UT. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance team's daily operations, ensure the scheduling and completion of preventive maintenance, and quickly respond to equipment issues to minimize downtime. They will manage inventory for maintenance supplies, supervise repairs, coordinate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
Experience with mechanical systems, machinery maintenance, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of safety protocols, compliance standards, and workplace regulations
Proficiency in inventory management and maintenance scheduling
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work on-site in Salt Lake City, UT
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
Completion of technical school or vocational training in maintenance, or equivalent experience
