About the Role We are seeking an Emirati Junior Engineer specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to contribute to cutting‑edge projects while developing your skills in MEP engineering.

Assist in the design and development of MEP systems for various construction projects

Create and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP

Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure project goals are met

Participate in site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information

Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and documentation

Support the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in MEP design processes

Assist in performing load calculations for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

Help ensure compliance with UAE building codes and regulations

Contribute to sustainable design practices in MEP systems

Participate in team meetings and present findings to colleagues and clients

What do we need from you

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

2 years of experience in MEP engineering or related field

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP

Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) concepts

Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

Knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations

Familiarity with sustainable design practices

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Good technical report writing skills

Ability to work efficiently in a team environment

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
