Job Overview Our client, a leading financial services organization, seeks an IAM Support Engineer to join its IAM operations team supporting global infrastructure and services.
Responsibilities
Provide operational support for IAM applications including Ping Access, Ping Federate, Ping Directory, PKI, and Splunk.
Engage in problem triage, service restoration, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination for global IAM services.
Maintain and support IAM infrastructure such as Single Sign-On, Directory Services, Federated Identity, and Authentication tools.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure security and operational excellence across IAM platforms.
Adhere to ITIL frameworks and best practices to deliver consistent and reliable support services.
Qualifications
8+ years of production support experience with Ping Access, Ping Federate, Ping Directory, PKI, and Splunk.
Strong Linux skills and networking knowledge (TCP/IP).
Solid understanding of Information Security principles and practices.
Experience working within ITIL frameworks and incident/problem management processes.
Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated strong work ethic.
