Maintenance Supervisor - Apartment Community Monarch Investment and Management Group

is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at the Preston Oaks Apartments in Louisville. We offer up to $32/hr plus up to $1,000 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, and 2 weeks paid time off.

Compensation and Benefits

$29-$32/hr

Quarterly Supervisor bonus structure, up to $4,000/year

On-Call Bonus: $100/week when on-call; min 1.5 hours of pay per call

$50 On-Call bonus per major holiday worked

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure all work orders are completed timely based on priority

Make ready / turn units between tenants

Painting / staining interior and exterior applications

Collaborate with Property Manager on monthly budget review

Manage and adapt preventive maintenance program

Exterior structural maintenance as needed

Manage coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

5+ years of maintenance experience

2+ years in multi-family housing (preferred)

Experience managing or supervising 2+ employees

Experience maintaining up to 200 units

Dry walling, painting, carpentry

Working knowledge of plumbing (soldering copper pipe)

Working knowledge of electrical (outlets, switches, light fixtures)

A physical demonstration of basic job duties will be required during the interview process.

This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening.
