Job Overview
This position is responsible for performing medically prescribed radiographic and CT procedures. Utilizes computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross-section images of patients internal organs and tissues for the diagnosis of medical issues. Accurately interpret a physicians scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, prepare and operate the CT scan equipment and position the patient to capture the appropriate images. Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED Certificate from accredited School of Radiologic Technology New York State license Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) IV Contrast Certification within 3 months of employment (For some positions) Advance Certification in Computerized Tomography Equal Opportunity Employer

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $112,111 - $117,000 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
