We are looking for full‑time Design Technicians who have a two‑year degree or certificate in Engineering or Architectural Design and can support the design of every product solution. Responsibilities
Floor & roof system modeling using Revit software Mass timber system modeling using Revit software Floor & roof truss design using proprietary RedBuilt software Component design analysis and selection Detailing and detail‑oriented quality checks Communicate critical information with customers, architects, engineers, and the sales team Qualifications
Experience in drafting and modeling using Revit Excellent at reading and interpreting construction drawings Comfortable with basic trigonometry and Microsoft Office tools Innovative and creative problem‑solving skills Team player with strong communication abilities Helpful Alternate Experience
Framing or construction experience Prior experience designing structural systems in wood Reporting To
Design Center Leader Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $24.00 – $29.00 per hour (DOE) Full‑time 11 paid holidays (including 2 floating) Paid time off and community service Health benefits (medical, dental, vision) FSA/HSA, 401k with employer match, bonus opportunity Flexible dependent‑care account, early wage access, and life/AD&D insurance Short‑term & long‑term disability options Additional Information
