Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant 3 to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant 3, you will be part of the support staff assisting senior leadership within the security division. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant 3
Location: Remote
Pay Range: What's the Job?
Manage complex calendaring for two General Managers, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and processing expenses.
Support ad hoc projects such as tracking meetings, creating inputs, and maintaining organized records.
Assist with meeting preparations, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
Provide administrative support for various engagements and remote events as needed.
What's Needed?
Minimum 2 years experience supporting GMs or senior executives.
At least 3 years experience managing calendars for multiple executives.
Proficiency in booking travel and processing expenses with a minimum of 3 years experience.
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
