MyStaff is excited to partner with a long‑standing Omaha organization to hire an Accounts Payable Analyst for their flagship location!
We look for an individual who enjoys variety, is detail‑oriented, and thrives in a collaborative accounting team. This role is located in Omaha, Nebraska, and is a daily in‑office position.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee Accounts Payable from invoice coding through payment Set up and maintain vendor accounts; reconcile statements Prepare daily cash receipts, including deposits, ACH, and EFT activity Update ERP records and support lease tracking for equipment Assist with tax preparation and general cost accounting Jump into additional accounting projects as needed What You Bring:
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort with accounting/ERP software A reliable, detail‑driven work style with the ability to set goals, meet deadlines, and support team success Solid communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners Knowledge of general and cost accounting principles Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred (high school diploma required) 3–5 years of A/P or general accounting experience is ideal Job Details
